South Yorkshire Celebrates Global Entrepreneurship Week 2022

Global Entrepreneurship Week is an international celebration of innovators, creators and budding businesses, who launch start-ups that bring ideas to life, drive economic growth and seek to have a positive impact on the world around them.

In support of the 15th anniversary of the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN) and their annual Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW), the Business & IP Centre South Yorkshire will be hosting a series of events across the region to celebrate the GEW 2022 theme of Grow with Purpose.

So, if you are interested in exploring how businesses in your area have developed and embedded purpose as a principle and are successfully growing and are keen to get some tips and advice on how you can embed your purpose into the heart of your business, this could be the event for you.

We’ll also be running an introduction to Copyright, so you can learn how to protect your ideas and business.

Our events are open for anyone to attend, whether you’re an entrepreneur, an existing business, or only just starting to think about your business. If you can’t attend your local event, please feel free to join us at another library on another day! Please book in advance if possible – you are welcome to attend all, or just part of the day.

Not only that, but the Business & IP Centre National Network will be celebrating its 10th birthday this month! We’d be delighted for you to join us this week and become one of the thousands of other entrepreneurs and businesses who have successfully launched, developed and grown their business with the support and guidance of the BIPC network over the last 10 years!
